Away from the main transversal Malatya avenue where most of the hotels are located, it guarantee a most quiete environment in the very cnter of the city. For the room price, the space and furnitures are rather fair. The staff is welcoming and the cleaning serious and professional. Good breakfast. The roof breakfast salon and its attenant terras offer a great view on Malatya and the mountains around, a nice plus! Good adress for those who are not looking for luxe but for a fair price clean and serious hotel.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The room although a bit small but was very clean and comfortable. It is right in heart of the city. We had to check out very early and miss breakfast but the manager had a huge platter of fresh fruit delivered to our door on the evening before we left which was very thoughful. From the hotel you can take a short taxi ride to the Havas bus stop which will take you to the airport. We were very surprised that Malatya was such a large city. We would recommend walking to the bazaar area - we especially enjoyed watching the metal workers.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, on the main street of Malatya, two steps from the bazaar, mosques and main square. The airport bus shuttle stops next to the hotel. The staff was very helpful and everyone spoke some English. Manager speaks very good English and was nice and welcoming. The hotel serves fantastic breakfeast buffet - big choice of fresh, local produce in hotel's a rooftop restaurant. Rooms are comfortable but don't expect any luxury, especially bathroom was barely ok, but very clean.
After comparing with similar hotels in this part of Turkey, we thought that 60 euros we paid for our double room was little bit too much.

the lift is quite dangerous as it doesnt has any protective gate. You should be very carefully to use it or otherise you will get injury easily.

We liked all the staff. They genuinely worked to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and did so admirably despite our appalling turkish! Rooms were excellent and decor modern. Breakfasts offered plenty of choice of local produce. Location is in the heart of the city close to the markets, museum, bus station and restaurants. The car parking facilities were essential.
There was nothing to dislike however I do prefer curtains that completely block out all light. Their absence did not in any way prevent my enjoyment of the dignified, honest and friendly people of this city.
